They are refusing  to give me my medication  that I really  need to help with My anxiety and depression now I have to wait  until next week. I ran out of medication  yesterday  morning.

I like this place, Ive got medical advice from the chemist friendly as. I accidentally put a pill cutter in my pocket and walked out because I had heaps of stuff. Got to the mall and put my hand in my pocket and thought oh no. I ran straight back and said sorry about this here's your money. They were sweet, no problem thanks for honesty. So just good people.

They sold me products which were expired 3 months ago. I asked for replaced product. They said that they would send it but I have never received it. I asked for a tracking number. Silence and No answer. I sent a couple of emails to their customer service. No response!!!! Does Bargain means cheap, expired products and poor quality customer service?. Watch out for your health safety when buying here

Free prescription which is what everyone likes. There is usually a decent line and quite busy during peak hours. Its a good idea to phone in and ask for them to get your prescription ready. The store itself has a decent range of products for your pharmaceutical needs.

They always know how to help me and always have my scripts ready on time. Live the empathy

Be good if they answered their ph have been trying since 9.00am it is now 10.45am always put on hold ?

I was planning to purchase body lotion,at riccarton, today 17/11/21 at 7:30pm, and I was rudely interrupted by a staff member from the counter. I was trying to smell the scent of the body lotion and he came up to me and I was highly offended by the way he spoke to me. He was very sarcastic and at the end of our conversation he insulted me by saying "use your brain". If he had come up to me and politely and told me to not smell the product I would be happy to comply. And even though he was rude, I still apologized. This is incredibly unacceptable and inappropriate behaviour in regards to customer service.

Never had a problem & saves money. So what if you need to wait a bit, what do you expect for free prescriptions. Other chemists also have to order items in. Typical Christchurch moaners. Rock on bargain Chemist you have our family's support. Recommended

Great service, and there was this Chinese lady who is super friendly and helpful.

Below is my experience on 09/02/21  I never wanted to type bad review here as always getting my medicine here, but it’s almost happening on every visit that my doctor sends the prescription days ago even weeks ago but prescription never ready. Even you walk in prescription or you already sent through doctors it will still take you 15-20minutes WHY??? Then what is the reason of sending prescription prior so that customer can come and collect their drugs but according to Asian girl I spoke to today “OH WE ARE BUSY WE ARE BUSY” Who is not busy lady we all have jobs and living you need to cope up with the pace of life, if you can’t control get more staff and Learn how to calm down situations. I couldn’t get my son’s prescription today because I was late to pick up the medicine as I was out of Town and they didn’t bother to pack up his medicines while prescription was sent to them weeks ago and result prescription expired. I could have also said I’m late because I was also FREAKING BUSY but that doesn’t justify the problem.
