Absolutes „NO GO“. Anlässlich eines 30. Geburtstags wollten wir einen Geschenkballon erwerben. Über Google haben wir diesen Laden in Neustadt gefunden. Auch auf unsere Bitte, dass wir extra wegen diesem Ballon nach Neustadt gekommen waren und es auch keine aufwendige Deko im Ballon sein müsse, wurden wir mit einem „NEIN keine Zeit“ abgespeist, obwohl wir die einzigen Kunden im Laden waren. Sehr enttäuscht, sauer und genervt verließen wir also das Geschäft. Was nun?! Die nächste Adresse war in Mannheim, ein Geschäft namens „Luft & Liebe“, also ab ins Auto und los. Dort angekommen war das Geschäft sehr gut besucht, die Angestellte aber trotzdem sehr freundlich. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten hatten wir einen tollen Ballon mit viel Glitzer, Luftschlangen und Bändern.... Das Ganze kostete nicht mal 14 €.
