Very responsive, timely and professional. They were hired to do a pretty big sized drywall build back after a plumbing repair and you would never know that there was any work done - it looks perfect. Andrew did the build back and paint and was awesome. So thankful for you all! Highly recommend.

Pinnacle came to our property through First Point Property mgmt. In Puyallup to install blinds, a doorbell, closet rods and a few other small things. MATT was THE NICEST and MOST PROFESSIONAL person that we have ever had in any of our homes. He performed the highest quality of work, and made sure that anything he could not do such as a few of the blinds not being the right size were submitted immediately to ensure they would be taken care of in a timely manner. Could not ask for more as far as quality service and an outstanding person. MATT should train every employee in the industry as far as we are concerned. Excellent in EVERY ASPECT. Thank you again, MATT, you were awesome!!!
Our management company hired Pinnacle for our tiled shower maintenance/repair. I believe the post-repair images are self-explanatory. A number of cracks in the grout of the shower floor have no signs of repair. Water was seeping through from behind the grout of one of such areas for days after the repair. Still waiting on resolution - unable to use the shower for a week now.
DO NOT hire Pinnacle for a roof leak repair/detection. Short story, I paid for a leak detection, which is $300 just to get them to come take a look and see what the problem is. They sent someone from their company who did not know anything about roofs or roof leak repairs. After a couple of weeks go by, we finally find out where the leak is coming from and were waiting for a final estimate to finish the project. Was not contacted again for another week, only to be asked if we still wanted an estimate. Look elsewhere for roof leak repairs, especially if you don’t want to wait multiple weeks to get the job done.
Overall extremely disappointed. We moved into the area recently and were looking for someone to install our holiday lights. Through googling I came across Pinnacle and since their reviews were good, I decided I would give it a shot. From the get go all the way through to the end when the lights were taken down, the customer service was less then stellar. When I scheduled my estimate for the lights, I was told that they had an available appointment at 9am. I was waiting around and then at 9:15, I called to see where the person was. I was told but the office that the arrival time was 1 window from 9-10...which was not what I was told before. Eventually Taylor showed up and did a walk around and everything was fine. I received the estimate for the lights and I called to schedule. I can’t recall the exact time of when I called but I believe it was mid October. I was told that they give first priority to their past clients and they couldn’t schedule me. They instead would be calling me when they had availability based on “logistics”. Then I finally do get a call to schedule and they want to schedule the installation for right before Halloween. I was adamant that I was not okay with having Christmas lights on my house before Halloween and that was completely ridiculous to even suggest. I asked for a day shortly after thanksgiving and I again was told that they had to “schedule based on logistics” and they couldn’t give me a date they could do it.....fast forward a few days and then they called to say that had availability on Black Friday. I scheduled the install. The installation went smoothly, the lights looked fine and all was well. Christmas came and went and then it was time to have the lights taken down. I called them after the holidays to schedule removal and was told the same thing....”we schedule based on logistics” and they said they would be calling me at the end of the week to give me a date. It got to the end of the week and I got no call. On Tuesday the next week, I called again and was told the same thing....they were working on scheduling and they schedule “based on logistics” and would be calling me when they had a date they would be in the area. I was extremely frustrated and I expressed this to the woman I was speaking to on the phone. I said it was completely ridiculous that it was already into January and they couldn’t tell me at all when I could get my lights taken down. I let her know how disappointed I was in the customer service I had gotten. They next day, I got a call saying someone would be by the following day to take down the lights. The tech arrived when they said he would and the lights did get taken down. However when I got home that evening, I discovered all of the staples in my doorway that were left there bent and sticking out from the garland that was hung. I had no idea they even had staples anything to the doorway in the first place....but to just leave the staples there???? Needless to say I will never be utilizing Pinnacle again for anything and I will make sure to let others know about the experience I had.
Look no further! I can't say enough about the trustworthiness, quality, follow-up & follow through for that matter, of Pinnacle. We recently began using them for our rental’s after almost a year of unsuccessful searching for roofing companies. The owner & staff are responsive, accountable and they continue to strive to improve their service with each visit. The whole process has been streamlined from start to finish and it quite literally has been one of the most pleasant contractor interactions we have ever had. Whether it is for a small roof repair or a entire new one, you won't be disappointed.
They made this process super easy. Once I requested a quote, Nicole was quick to get pricing back to me, and kept in touch threw the whole process. The quote was exactly what I paid, not hidden fees. Fred did an incredible job with the roof. I was surprised there was only one person, he was really fast. We haven't had it cleaned for as long as we've lived here and he did a fabulous job. We will be using Pinnacle for our future maintenance and roofing needs!!!! I will defiantly refer Pinnacle!!! THANK YOU!!!!!
Brian sent a crew to clean the moss off my roof and put on a chimney cap. Both jobs were done in a timely and professional manner. A small follow up visit was needed but was taken care of very quickly. I would recommend Pinnacle Roof Services to my neighbors and friends and am happy to use local businesses like this one who stand by their word and services. Thank you.
Another amazing experience from Pinnacle Maintenance Group, INC. Andre and Brian are a 5 star team! They installed our lights beautifully, even checking that all bulbs and cords are in tip-top shape.
