I've been hanging for a Potato Happy for a while as we had a business in Matamata for 13 years getting pies from you guysnI thought let's go to the actual shop and buy which I did this morningnMajor disappointment as food was cold and had to ask to heat it up, not to mention the employee using the same hand for money and foodnI then noticed that it was only semi cookednCouldn't be more Disappointed!!n1st time ever and everything was no good!!!!
great place to stop qnd grab a pie. nice seating in case you want to sit and enjoy it, or you can speed out of there in a rush. tons of flavour options which are usually well stocked.
I have always loved the pies from BakeShack however lately, at least the last year, the steak pies only ever have maybe two pieces of steak in the whole pie and sometimes no meat at all. The bacon and egg pies have so much tomato and onion, you cant find the egg or bacon. Dont go there for the pies, the coffee is amazing and the sandwiches and rolls are too.
Impressed! The food and coffee top notch. The only criticism is that all of their food looks just as good and there's such a massive selection that it's difficult to choose. Yum
I hate to give such a poor review over only trying one of their mince and cheeses, but I dont want to give anything else a chance. The mince and cheese pie tasted like burnt chemicals. It was disgusting.
