Eclairs needs some work. Cream wonderful, choux pastry is close enough, chocolate needs serious rethink.nnYou’ve got some sort of soft milk chocolate paste type icing??? It needs to be a dark chocolate hard icing glaze to bring it all together.
Love this place, especially the variety of food. My son always talks about this place so I met him for lunch. Those potato top pies were a winner for me. Awesome place. Well done BakeShack
It’s a hit or miss with these pies . Sometimes really nice other days not so much
The lady that assisted me touched the pies i wanted to buy with he bare hand.. Didnt even ware gloves
