Baby Bunting/ Annette's 'A Kidz World'

Went in to purchase a car seat and stroller attachment. Baby stuff can be such a mission to use/set up sometimes. I found the customer service in the store to be amazing! I couldn’t recommend them more, all the staff were really knowledgeable. I had my toddler in tow and the staff member helping me out was so good with him. Nothing was too much trouble he was great! The range available and store is huge If you are new parents or just wanting advice before making a big purchase go here. This is now my go to place from now on, it was such an enjoyable experience shopping at Baby Bunting. They also have techs available on certain days to help car seat installation.

Had a fantastic experience with Baby Bunting today. I bought an additional camera for a baby monitor online from Baby Bunting from Oz before the NZ store opened but couldn't for the life of me get it to pair with the parental unit. Had two managers try and help me and when it just wouldn't work, they sorted out a refund without any grief thank you Keren! I left feeling that it was such a positive experience. Would definitely recommend on customer service alone.

My husband and I have spent just shy of $5k with Baby Bunting since August to get ourselves ready for the arrival of our first baby. The first few visits were amazing and we were completely looked after but sadly as time has gone on the service hasn't been the same. Also finding a lot of products aren't available or there few options to pick from. I had a disappointing experience with the click and collect service. I raised my concerns with the store via email and received an apology from the store manager. I've since shopped in store and found no change - limited stock in some items, no atmosphere and subpar customer service. The store had such a strong start and has so much potential, it's disappointing to see it go downhill so fast.

Came into the store the new store today and first time parents. We were overwhelmed with the support and knowledge of the staff. A huge thanks to Mathew for guiding us through the purchase of our baby monitor, he was very knowledgeable and we really appreciated it !!

Bought a booster seat from here when I couldn't find it stock anywhere else. They also kept their price match promise. The store is new, clean & huge and the customer service was on par. Thanks for a great shopping experience.

Ordered 2 car seats from Baby Bunting NZ on the 22nd Dec 2022. It's now the 23rd Jan 2023 and I still have not received it. 1st I was given a PBT tracking that was incorrect and then I got an email after complaining about my missing order with a new tracking number. This time I was told it was delivered by NZPOST on the 4th Jan and when I get the tracking information using the tracking number provided, the order was picked from WIRI, then it went to NZPOST depost East Tamaki then it was collected by courier deliver in Pakuranga area. What I don't understand is, I live in the North Shore area but it seems like my car seats are being sent to Pakuranga area. Baby Bunting refuses to take responsibility and expects me to run around to look for the car seats. Looks like I won't be getting my $338 back.

Ordered a cot on the 5th Jan Akl > Akl, it's now the 19th and there have been no updates from the carrier other than the initial scan. 3 emails I've sent to baby bunting asking for this to be investigated, which has to be started by the sender and no emails have even been replied to. Honestly I'd rather just get mugged, at least then I wouldn't have this faint hope something might actually arrive for the money I've lost.

The staff were so helpful and pleasant. I can tell you it makes such a big difference to a shopping experience when staff have such wonderful personality and show initiative.

Went in to look for items they had on the website. Walked around the shop 5 staff were wandering around, no one looked or talked to me, didn’t inspire confidence, so will look elsewhere. Disappointing.
