Story

SPORTS AND RECREATION
This programme is designed for people who want a career in the Sport & Recreation industry. It has a strong focus on ensuring learners are educationally prepared and ready for a career in this growing industry, with an element of getting students prepared for the physical demands of the kinds of jobs they will be seeking out. We will help work out a plan for the future, increase confidence, and teach a variety of practical and theoretical skills and work towards the National Certificate of Educational Achievement levels 1, 2 and 3. This National Certificate provides participants with a foundational knowledge in a variety of roles in Sport and Recreation. This will open up different pathways for learners to progress into higher level qualifications and career opportunities.

RETAIL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
The objective of this programme is to provide students with a variety of skills needed to be successful in providing top of the line customer service in a role in the retail industry or other related businesses. This will provide learners with an insight in to opportunities available in the retail area and the opportunities for growth they will have should they choose this career pathway. We will help work out a plan for the future, increase confidence, and teach a variety of practical and theoretical skills that go towards the National Certificate of Educational Achievement levels 1, 2 and 3. This National Certificate provides participants with a foundational knowledge in a variety of roles in retail and customer service. This will open up different pathways for learners to progress into higher level qualifications and career opportunities.

HOSPITALITY
The objective of this programme is to provide students with a range of skills relevant to the Hospitality industry. This will provide learners with an insight in to the different opportunities available in this busy and highly competitive industry. We will help work out a plan for the future, increase confidence, and teach a variety of practical and theoretical skills that go towards the National Certificate of Educational Achievement levels 1, 2 and 3. This National Certificate provides participants with a foundational knowledge and skills for the Hospitality industry with other practical components that will assist learners to pathway into similar higher level qualifications and a career. There will be tutor led sessions, group and individual work involved.
