Story

Adrian is an experienced commercial agent who specializes in adding value to properties under management. His expertise lies in thrifting operating expenses, forming close relationships with tenants and maintaining the building and its services to a high standard. He has invaluable skills in identifying opportunities to achieve the highest and best use for commercial assets and in sustainably increasing rental levels and security of rental; the results of which assist in increasing contract rental and the value of your property.

Adrian has a Business Degree from Waikato University majoring in Management Accounting and has recently attained his National Diploma of Real Estate (Agent). His background and training places him in good stead to manage a wide range of buildings, including office, retail, industrial, medical, education and public use.
