Copy Shop conveniently located in the heart of Auckland CBD. We always end up for any copying, printing, laminating services. They provide many more services. Team are very friendly, prices are hard to beat in the CBD. Highly recommend

I visited this copy shop for a B4 printing and binding service. This is an uncommon job, but they accepted. Unfortunately, the pages started coming out of the binding with minimal use. I understand that perhaps we had a miscommunication and so asked if it could be rebound, since I guess pages falling out is unacceptable work for them as well. From here there were significant issues from a customer service perspective. In the end, the job was completed. My perspective is that it is a company's duty to redo an unsatisfactory job, their perspective is that they should have charged me to redo the job and that they only did it to be nice. As such I was also threatened with debt collection for an "unpaid invoice" which doesn't exist, the invoice for the initial job has been paid in full. Please note, I only wanted the binding to be redone, not the printing. As such I have no intention of going back, and as they said, they don't want me back either. EDIT: In addition to the response by the owner you can see below, I have now been threatened with legal action as I have refused to take this review down.

Fantastic, reliable service. The team were highly helpful and responsive over phone and email, replying quickly and had great knowledge of their products and delivered exactly what I was after. They showed me examples and walked me through the right material to suit my needs. They went above and beyond in their service. When I made a second large order, I didn't even ask but they completed the second one in record speed, less than a day, just for my convenience so I could pick everything up in one go. Would highly reccomended

Needed over 1000 pages of documents printed. Called multiple shops in Auckland to get quotes. This one by far was the most reasonable and easiest to get a quote from - simply called and explained what I wanted. Had my printing done same day, within an hour for no extra charge. Good quality printing and exceptionally friendly service. Would highly recommend

Parth has very competitive pricing, but his prompt replies and polite service is awesome. We only make small print runs for our restaurant, but he is attentive and professional nonetheless. Highly recommended if you are looking for a print shop that treats it's customers well and provides excellent prices in the city.
