Loved staying here. Busy main road, but it didn't affect my sleep even though we were close to the road. The pool was a big hit with my son. The guy on reception was very helpful when we needed to ask him questions. The rooms were nice and the queen bed was super comfy. Would definitely come back.
I spent three nights at AML. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I felt very much at home there. The staff at the front office were friendly and very helpful. It is not a fancy hotel with room service but the room was a suite with kitchen so I was able to eat in. It is about a mile walk to the center of Christchurch.Rooms: 5/5
Have stayed here with our two medium to large dogs multiple times and the rooms are always clean, warm and tidy. Absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

This motel was very reasonably priced for the 3 days we spent there. The bed was comfortable, the studio room spacious, the unit was serviced daily and the rooms were very clean. The car park was a bit tight but OK. The location was ideal for walking distance to restaurants.Rooms: 4/5

Loved our stay here, nice comfortable clean rooms, great facilities. Will highly recommend and hopefully be back one day!
The room was adequate, clean and tidy however the bathroom photos are not a true reflection of what you get. Only some of their bathrooms have been upgraded. I booked my stay on the hope of having a nice bathroom so was very disappointed to find I had an 80s shower cubicle with a fixed spray shower head that was growing mould in the corners - no good when you're short like me as by the time the water gets to you, you may as well be standing in drizzle. Property would not refund my full stay but did partially refund one night so I could move somewhere else.
The motel is great, really clean and modern, however the wifi is not usable for business use. If you're here for personal leisure there's even a swimming pool. If you're here for business, you need another place to work from
