Just been in for help with setting up my fly rod. Team was unbelievably helpful! 10/10 wish I lived in ashburton because I'd be in every weekend.
Very friendly staff, will always do their best to find what you are after
I was on my way to twizel for some much needed down time when I called to ask if they had any anchovies for bait. They did but they were closing 15mins before I could get there. After some discussion the manager offered to stay behind and wait for me so I would be able to get the bait. This was above any beyond and I really appreciated it. I’ll definitely be stopping there to top up all my kit the next time I’m driving past. Thanks so much.
Great store with a huge range of products
Been here before an had excellent service but today I was absolutely disgusted in it! I got no help an then when I went to the counter I was unimpressed with the service from the women! I found her rather rude an she obviously had no interest in helping me what so ever! She couldn't even be bothered to make a phone call to another store to see if the had the product i wanted! I still hadn't finished shopping but with that kind of service I'd rather go to chch. I ended up walking out. I wont be in a hurry to go back!
