They have a variety of bikes at different price points. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a second hand commuter bike bonus as it comes with 6 months warranty and all accessories here. They also offer bike service. Thanks Linda, Jason and the other staff member sorry I forgot to ask his name’s help. Will recommend this shop to others.
My husband and I recently had 3 weeks in NZ. We purchased 2 great bikes from Around Again Cycles and were able to sell them back at the end of our cycling holiday. The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly and we will recommend them to our cycling friends. It is a great scheme for tourists especially and much more economical than the alternative bike rental stores. I hope you are still there for our next visit!
Wow, what a great sell and buy-back service! We were visiting NZ on a holiday and bought two well maintained used bikes, used helmets, lock, pump and puncture repair kit for $700 and got half the money back when we returned them up to 2 months. This is such a great deal vs renting the bikes and allowed us full use as we travelled the South Island for shopping, doing some of the wonderful bike trails and going into town for a pint! Highly recommended. Limited enough choice but they have mountain, hybrid and road bikes in various sizes.

Weve not had a good experience with this shop. Purchased a second hand ebike and it's had constant issues. We had to get lots of spokes replaced to the point that the bike needed the wheel fully rebuilding and then the contacts for the battery started melting! Battery range has dropped of a cliff in the 9/10 months weve had it. We also bought a mountain bike which came with a free six month service. We had to take it back as it came out worse than when it started, apparently they forgot to do one of the servicing things. They've also said they'll work on fixes straight away and then when we've got here we've been told we have to wait a week. Just general not good customer service.
