More interested in selling the bike than giving any training. There was no manual so we didn't know that this bike has a different system for removing the front wheel to our previous bikes. We had said that we remove the wheels for transport. The guy should've shown us how to do it. Also very little training given on the modes on the controller. Far too quick once the sale was made.

Service to bicycle was good, was meant to be a day or two but no one let me know it was finished . Waited a week then rung up to be told it was done and waiting to be picked up. Bit of communication would be good.
