Me and my partner were incredibly impressed with the service and help we got from Mat. He seamlessly took us through the process of buying a new hybrid bike from their store. We found out the bike was unable to fit our small car! And he kindly offered to deliver it to our house free of charge. We had a great experience and look forward to using the new bike. He is super friendly, professional and has 10/10 customers service. He was so patient and explained to me how to use a bike and other stuff about a bike.
