Me and my partner were incredibly impressed with the service and help we got from Mat. He seamlessly took us through the process of buying a new hybrid bike from their store. We found out the bike was unable to fit our small car! And he kindly offered to deliver it to our house free of charge. We had a great experience and look forward to using the new bike.
