Armadillo's Beckenham

Book Armadillos for our Christmas team event. Jessie Think that's the right name :- was super friendly and so easy to deal with right from the start. She went out of her way to help with a menu and nothing was a problem . On the day we arrived the function room was set up perfectly and looked lovely. Stacey who looked after us all Group of 13 was awesome , always smiling , super efficient and just so lovely to deal with . The group had a lovely time and I just wanted to thank both the ladies for making us feel so welcome. Highly recommended and we will be back . Cheers Morne'

Average at best. The food was ok, but not worth the price. The fish and chips were well presented, however the batter on the fish was greasy and bland. The salad was covered in dressing which would have been better on the side. Once our food was brought out, the waiter and waitress basically ignored us completely. I was never asked if I wanted a drink... A lost opportunity to upsell. Dessert, apple crumble, was a small pastry shell with a thin layer of what looked like an apple sauce thickened with cornflour, and a crumble topping that needed to be browned off to give it some colour.

Had never been to armadillos before but decided to give it a try. Nice relaxing atmosphere, good selection of meals but the portions seemed to be a little bit small but not a a big issue. friendly waitress running the bar with a good selection of tap beers. Will definitely come again soon cheers!

A great place for a friends night out.They have awesome bands.Big dance floor.The staff are really friendly and helpful and make the best lemon lime and bitters.Food: 3/5

The food was delicious and great value for money. The service was fantastic, great communication, friendly and knowedgable. The atmosphere was nice. Only critique would be the air vents. We were placed opposite them and they were quite strong. I understand this was probably necessary for correct ventilation, however it was less comfortable because of them.

WOW! - great quality tasty food and well priced. And what fantastic happy and enthusiastic service we received which just topped off our very positive experience at Armadillo's. Thank you - we'll be back :-

Unfortunately we had a rough start to our lunch, one of our elderly family members tripped over the concrete car/wheel stops outside the back entrance. She really injured herself and we had to call an ambulance. The staff were very helpful and took care of us and we are very grateful for that however we feel like this is a preventable danger for elders that could be fixed by replacing with upright bollards. As we were leaving another older male also tripped just as we were about to warn him. Please fix this so we can continue to come here with our elderly family that live close and enjoy the food. Everything lunch wise was fantastic and were really taken care of but this really put a damper on our party.

Hard to go back again. Without my best friend. Had steamed fish in sauce. Scallops mashed potatoes. A. Shanti for you. And one for me. Cheesecake far too small 13 dollarsFood: 4/5
