Exceptional service! Couldn't get what I was after today at the Botany branch, however the staff were super enthusiastic and provided multiple options to get what I needed from a different branch. Thank you!

Our cat has sadly been diagnosed with kidney issues, meaning we immediately needed to change his diet. The amazing team at Annimates Botany refunded the food stock we had no issues! Cannot speak highly enough of this incredible experience, thank you!!!

The one in Westgate is much better...I have phoned them twice now where they said they had what I was looking for and when I got there, they did not have it...however not all is doom and gloom because Noah seem to be on top of everything and to have extensive knowledge about the different dog foods....my low rating is mostly based on me phoning and driving all the way there and they dont have what they said the do ‍
