Animates Botany Downs

It's taken a while to get to this review but I just want to say what an incredible experience we had while dealing with our Fur Babies emergency. From the moment we called to get an appointment to the moment we arrived the team were nothing short of amazing! They were extremely considerate and I can't praise the team enough!nnOur girl had a ruptured cyst that another vet did not pick up on but the team at Animates identified as soon as we did her tests. I want to thank the team for allowing us to be with our girl right to the end and also allowing extra family members to be in the room as she passed away.nnI honestly can't put into words how incredible this team are and that if you're looking for a new vet then this is the one for you!!

Absolutely amazing customer service from the whole team! They could not have been more helpful. Super impressed by all the help I received by multiple young team members - best service I have had in any retail store for a long time. Highly recommend!

Grooming review.nMy Golden Retriever got groomed by Michaela yesterday and this was the first groom I've ever done. I was nervous as Goldens are tricky and I didn't want her shaved. Michaela listened to my concerns and Cora looks and smells amazing and wasn't traumatized by the event. Would definitely recommend.

They were amazing. I went in early Saturday morning looking for a cone, as our dog was attacked by another dog and we needed to protect her wounds. They ddnt have any her size and recommended we go buy a pool noodle to make into a protective ring, to help until we could get a cone her size. IT WORKED A TREAT! Thank you so much Animates for caring about the animals over making a sale.
