Wow what a stay, the pool was lovely and clean. The room was nicely presented. The staff was amazing, I especially want to point out the star worker Ann, she made sure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed. She cleaned the room extremely well. I will be coming back next time I pass through. Ann you deserve a raise. 5 star to you.
Great spot but a very tired old lady. Could do with a major upgrade. Lovely and clean indoors but the gardens and pool area need a spruce up. Value for money as a cheap and almost cheerful
This place needs a serious refresh. A bit of fresh grout, a lick of paint...some TLC. The place could be quite nice but feels a bit grotty. My toddler had black hands and knees from crawling on the floor, which was pretty gross.nnI dunno, next time I think we'd just spend a little more and go somewhere else.
I specifically booked the two bedroom unit so that we could enjoy the private patio opening on to the garden only to find that the patio opened on to a jungle and was closed for use. The bathroom was very shoddy
I stayed here for two nights at the end of May. I had not booked but had checked out local motels online before arriving in Masterton.nnWas offered a fairly large studio room when I asked for a studio. The room seemed clean, there wasn’t a lot of bench space in the kitchen area but they had made a lot of use of the available space.nnI did have to be shown how to use the tv - maybe written instructions would be helpful.nnWalkable to the shopping centre.nnWould stay here again if in Masterton.
