Long waits for appointments as others have described. Also very long waits on the day. I've been in for time-specific appointments 4 or 5 times and made to wait 45 mins to over an hour each time. I must be unlucky.

Lovely doctors but not happy about their lack of repeat prescriptions having to pay $45 just to get a piece of paper signed when iv been on the same medication for over a year is ridiculous. They are almost never running on time, more than once I've had to wait over an hr for a piece of paper to be signed.

If Nicole answers the phone, hang up and try again : very rude person and shouldn't be answering the phone

I just phoned to say I had a sore throat and would like to get checked out. Was told no appointments, and to phone my local doctor in Tauranga for advice??? NOT helpful.

Unable to get an appointment for 7 days. Seriously this isn't good enough.

The staff are nice and friendly. I've found the afterhours calling for 24hr service didnt get any response for two separate incidences to which we ended up going all the way into Christchurch.
