Our service from amberley hotel restaurantnWas a really memorable event. We were greeted by a friendly, well groomed young man . Offering us the choice of seating in the tastefully decorated modern clean restaurant with breathtaking local artwork. Sean our waiter took our order he was verry attentive and friendly bringing our order it was beautifully presented, and the food was delivered hot .nThe meal was delicious, succulent meat fresh seasoned vegetables and all with gravy . Sean repeatedly checking on our needs. Wonderfully delicious food, friendly staff and warm inviting space.nThanks to Sean and the team we will be back.
Was a great place to spend the night before our ferry in Picton the following afternoon. Had a nice meal in the restaurant and slept well upstairs.nnSome of the rooms are not ensuite instead have shared bathroom so book accordingly if desired. For the price paid for the room and dinner, it was a great value and literally on the road so quite convenient.
Sean greeted us warmly , attended to our drinks in good time , advised on the menu, nothing was a problem a pleasant dining experience .nAll 5 of us found meals flavoursum & well presented .nThe decor was a surprise as we came in the back from the carpark, very stylish . We'll be back ,nHanmer Springs locals
