I had been so looking forward to eating here and it didn't disappoint. The food was really good. The drinks were delicious. The staff were very glamorous and treated us so attentively. Well done!
We went there to grab something for a lunch. Cosy, well kept place with a stylish, minimalistic décor. Polite and friendly staff look after you very well. Food is simply delicious and they also have good variety of wines. I definitely would recommend this restaurant but also is good to book a table ahead. Go there and enjoy.
The food is amazing, we had really nice pastas! The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the place is so authentic and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.
This was our 1st visit to Amarone in Glasgow but certainly won’t be our last . I food was simply amazing ! We can’t remember what the king prawn dish was see pic if anyone can tell us what it’s called please do so we can order again next time ! Staff very friendly and we cannot wait to return again .
Legitimately the nicest pizza I have ever eaten! Staff were friendly and helpful kept an eye on my bag for me while I popped in to wash my hands! The outdoor eating area was lush, too! The flame heaters were a really amazing touch!
Modern Italian restaurant. Incredbusy and close quarters which felt odd after years of lockdown. Cocktails were very good, food OK. The seafood pasta and prawns starter were pretty decent, the njuda pasta seemed to be completely lacking any sausage all!
Lovely Italian restaurant in Glasgow city centre. Menu offers pasta, pizza and fish options and something for the carnivores. Reasonably priced. Vegetarian and vegan options are clearly marked. The pizzas are delicious - smoky crust with the right ratio of toppings, not too much. Loved the tartafuta pizza! The cheesy garlic bread also very good! Nice wine list - the merlot was very easy to drink. Warm ambience with lovely wait staff. Highly recommend a visit. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available - several pasta and pizza options. Clearly marked on the menu.
Cold rainy evening in Glasgow, par the course, no pun. 4 of us travelling from Lancashire for a couple of days in Glasgow and decided to book . Warm welcome and a lovely cosy , intimate , Italian restaurant. Loved the seating arrangement as you get the vibe of the place but without being too intrusive . The food was fantastic. Everything was hot , fresh and great ingredients and produce used . The foccachia breads were dutifully devoured to the last crumb . For the mains , my fillet steak was cooked to perfection and well rested . The pasta dishes the others ordered were nice and polished off and so was the chicken with the fondant potatoes. Then came the highlight. O was stuffed and didn't fancy a dessert but my fellow diner noticed a lemon and lime creme brulee with shortbread biscuits . Wow , wow ,wow after a heavy meal and expecting more lushness to push me over the edge into a food coma , this was light , refreshing and together with soft buttery shortbread biscuits, just simply a divine way to finish off a great meal . Prices are reasonable, ambiance is bang on and service was excellent and to boot it had halal options. If in Glasgow, deffo vist . Bring an umbrella though .
First time at Amarone, great atmosphere. Staff seemed to be kept busy but having fun and service was very fast. Staff attentive. Was unsure on how good food would be had heard mixed things, but we had 3 courses and cleaned the plate each time, was very good. Was most impressed by price, me and my partner has 3 courses each + drinks / cocktail and a side each. This + the tip only brought the final bill to just over £100 which I thought was extremely reasonable given the standard of the food and service.
Great service, staff were lovely, our server was very attentive. Food tasted amazing! Thankyou for a great meal!
