My god! Food- super traditional and tasty beyond imagination Ambiance- something out of this world. Make sure to sit in the back by the old 150 or so year old bread oven and the owner was super funny and accommodating. I’m from Iran and truly felt like I was back home. Would love to come back here when we come to visit again.
This is the best baklava I've ever had and is very similar to that which I had in the Middle East.nnThey were accommodating to my 9 year old request for plain cheese burger. Where my husband and I share the combo plate for two of lamb a d chicken. My daughter stole some of the saffron rice.nnBeautiful atmosphere with details that accommodate a diverse audience for a dining experience.
Went here for a dinner date! The atmosphere is really nice! Loved their chicken kebabs but felt like the lamb kebabs tasted okay! We bought their platter for two people which was reasonably priced and enough for me and my husband. Platter does not come with any dips or hummus, will have to purchase on the side! Staff are really nice and helpful. Overall good dining experience!
Absolutely outstanding Persian food—each dish is bursting with authentic flavors. The staff is warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for a memorable dining experience!
Been wanting to eat here ever since they opened but not sure how long it has been. But my friends and I came here for dinner and I ordered the baghali polo with lamb shanks and saffron tea to drink. To share, we ordered the eggplant Dip kashke-badenjan and mezze platter. All very delicious and cannot wait to go back for another meal! Salad was a bit difficult to eat and it would be better if the lettuce leaves were roughly chopped. The restaurant is quite large so they're able to accommodate very large groups as well. Wait staff were nice and location is great just up the road from the Devonport ferry terminal.
