Specials: in term Mon to Fri unlimited jump time for 1 hour fee
Weekends and holidays pay for 1st hour and second hour is free.

(Bring your socks from the last visit for reduced entry fee)

Really fun outing though it does feel quite expensive for under 5 as the adult has to pay as well. Still worth it though - heaps of fun!

Kids had fun, no one got hurt, all the kids took turns. Staff kept an eye on things pretty well. We went along because we were given a grab one voucher. I am not a fan of thee places, I prefer my kids to be out in the great outdoors. It was a boiling day so it wasn't ideal inside.

We found through a discount site so overall wasn’t that bad. We went on a quiet day so was practically empty, I wouldn’t come if it was busy as the place is quite small.  Pros- cheap  Cons- small Could do with a refurbishment

Thanks for the food poisoning! I ate a so called 'beef' burger there on the 5th of Jan 2017, it is now the 7th and I am only just recovering. No complaints with the equipment, my son had a great time, just NEVER eat the food. Chris

Poorly maintained premises with clapped out springs and safety pads/equipment. Staff nice enoughhence the 2nd star or it would be a 1 star deal, just one lady there to look after the place when we were there. Pads fell off the tramps next to the crashpad whilst using the equipment, poor design and implementation. The staff member there left me to look after the owners kid for almost the whole time I was there 3-4yo? Ish whilst I was trying to look after my own kid who I had not seen in quite some time. Then laughed off my comment about it when leaving. Won't be going back any time soon even though I usually like these activities.

Son was dropped off to enjoy celebrating friends party. Couldn't find his air zone brand socks at home so he wore Megabounce brand trampoline socks, manufactured for trampoline jumping.  Child attended safety briefing with Air Zone staff with socks in full view then was admitted to start bouncing with friends.  Was told before session finished to stop bouncing as had wrong socks and to go get some from front counter "at a cost". He felt uncomfortable not being able to jump with his friends anymore. And not comfortable to complain to parents of birthday child to ask them to buy him some socks so he wouldn't be excluded from jumping with his friends. In his mind he had non slip trampoline socks on. He sat out  feeling sad for half the bouncing session fun.  When I picked up my child and heard what had happened during the ride home I Rung management who agreed that it was not a fun experience for my son but there is nothing they can do about it. I suggested that their staff should have picked it up earlier and brought it up with an adult who could have sorted this out rather than put onus on my child. I was told  that children can only jump with air zone socks, due to health and safety rules, but him wearing Mega bounce trampoline socks was not picked up until he had jumped for half a session. On Facebook there are pictures of jumpers in barefeet and possible different socks. Makes me wonder if my child's bad Air zone experience is about branding, up selling, in addition to Air Zone not managing their "policy rules efficiently" which by pictures on Facebook are somewhat flexible anyway? My child did not have fun due to Airzone staff not implementing their sock policy correctly before allowing bouncing to commence. Management took no responsibilty for the inconvenience my child experienced at their venue. Left disgruntled Your reply leaves me cold.

I was there with a group of kids from school. They had so much fun but an hour was long enough for them.

Good facilities and the space to have a birthday party hosted upstairs.

Tonnes of fun here.a lot body sore but worth every  laugh and bounce  ..give this a crack youll be chuffed with delight  .....
