Easy, fast, reliable. I dropped my car and was shuttled to the airport in just 20 minutes. After my trip, a shuttle is already waiting. No fuss, no hiccups, just quick and seamless service. Staff were awesomely friendly as well! I will definitely use their service again.
Excellent facility to support the airport - an easy way to leave your vehicle, pick up your flight tickets and check in before you get to the terminal ... and then it's just a short courtesy minibus trip to either the domestic or international terminals. Competitive prices and nice people to deal with. I prefer this one to other parking facilities nearby.
Great and easy service. Friendly counter staff and drivers. Were happy to bring forward our pickup when we were ready early. Will definately book in for a car clean next time too!
Great Service. but they need to have people queue for the van, and maybe all who is in a hurry. some people who should have been front of queue missed out and could have missed their flight. If the queue gets bug, it is everyone's responsibility to organise it. Good price.
Left my car for over 6 weeks and they took care of it well. Requested for idle engine run to avoid flat battery and it was done. Very happy with their service.
Brilliant service. Arrived at nearly midnight. Shuttle was waiting with a friendly, helpful driver. Picked up the keys and was on the road within 10 minutes. Amazing, reliable, consistent service.
have used AIRNZ PARKING for years and they have been organised and efficient - never any hassles - however the new transfer to 'care park' is not so good - the main issue is that I have requested my receipt 4 times now by email and phone and still not received it despite promises...... very frustrating having to chase it up. They are not very organised or professional in this area.The rest of service was ok - but the hassle is having to chase receipt for days and still chasing is why they get one star from me.
Terrible, Terrible customer service. Very poor and unreliable cleaning service. My car was dropped off to them by a family member who was flying back home, and paid an extra $35 for a basic clean to be ready for my arrival from Australia 2 days later. Upon my arrival the young lady at the desk asks me to wait outside and someone will come and drop my car to the front. No problems, it was very quiet, so I thought this shouldnt take long. I pop in again 5 mins later and she assures me. It shouldnt be long. Well another 10 mins later, I walk back in to the front desk, and then the same lady hands me my car keys, and tells me to go to the back, and turn right and I will see my car. I saw my car alright, muddy and dirty. I was so tired and not in the right frame of mind to complain. But my phone call to them, comfirmed that the car was due for a wash and vacuum, but their Valet staff missed it. ...... i would not recommend using their services. They are very unprofessional, and their Valet staff must be bloody lazy.
Friendly staff with excellent communication. My one and only choice for when I have to travel abroad for several days. Price is also very reasonable. They provide a shuttle to and from the airport.
I have always used Air NZ parking but never again!! What an absolutely stupid system! It has been changed because it suits Air NZ - nothing to do with helping the customer!! Normally I would go in on-line and book my car in - give the required details for outgoing and return flights etc. - Done! Just like that. Now the system won't let me do it at all - it keeps saying there is no availability, and yet when I phone Air NZ Parking they say that the system doesn't update but that I can do a "walk-in" - tell me how that works if there are no spaces!! AND, of course it costs me more to do a walk in!! Go figure!
