update: I left a message for the manager to call me. Used to be really good, but these days they only running one van. The vans brakes were on metal, very unsafe. Waited 40 mins.
Tatiana accommodated for us last minute and was kind and patient and friendly to deal with! Definitely rate the service and we will always use this service from now on. The van driver was kind as well and van was clean! Awesome all round service ! And great that it’s 24-7. Will recommend to my friends and family!
Used to be good but not anymore. Unfriendly and not professional. When drove into drop the car, there was no instruction as to where to park. The staff told us off that we parked at a wrong place. Where is the instruction? Even if it was a wrong place to park, be kind! On return, the plane got delayed thus, arrived late but less than an hour delay. Called for a pick up a couple of times but a female staff pretended they couldn’t hear us over the phone and hung up the phone number of times. Finally was able to talk to a staff on their mobile number but the staff wasn’t impressed us being delayed. Please know that flights do get delayed time to time and that is why your website require us to put our flight number right?! Overall, I won’t be using them again. There are other similar services with greater customer services.
Used to be an awesome service but they have dropped the ball in so many many ways & this last time I got my car back with warning dash lights on & that was not how I gave it to them? I was a long term regular user to this company but I have had enough & will pay more but hopefully for a better service. Surely it can't get any worse, can it? being forced to give 1 star to get this posted, is to higher rating for the service I received last week
Fantastic service. Friendly people. Value for money. They work 24 hours, making flight drop off and pick up very easy. Always willing to help with your bags.
Very slow pickup times. Usually good service, but waited 45 minutes just to get to my car since calling for a pickup. My flight was only 45 minutes! Wouldn't recommend if you're in a hurry to get home. A shame as they were usually very good in the past.
Terrible experience today!usually service is good my husband using this regularly if we need too. But this time very slow service waiting for an hour and half infant and toddler getting cold and hungry waiting to be pick up. They didn't check-in the car they don't know we're coming, don't know where the key is keep giving us excuses while talking on phone saying that "WE" missed the shuttle, If we didn't ask other shuttle driver we might wait there more than just hour and half.not even one star rate
Really disappointing service after our small dog was attacked by an aggressive dog, the equally aggressive female staff member shouted at us and we ended up getting a taxi to the airport. We have used this service for over 10 years and have never experienced such disgusting customer service not only will we never use your service again but have also contacted dog control over your aggressive, unrestrained dog. Worried for children visiting this company.
I've used these guys a few times over the last couple of years. Service has been to notch, price is really good. I would recommend using them for your airport parking.
I have used this company a number of times over the years. Unfortunately since they moved their yard they must have left the more efficient staff behind. The outgoing trip was good nice driver very chatty and friendly. On return I phoned to get an answer phone,I asked for a call back.after ten miyi called and was told that the van was on its way. So a ten minute drive from base took twenty five. Meanwhile other companies vans came and went three times only leaving. the aeropark valued? customers standing the cold.The driver was sullen and unhelpful. At base I was given my key and had to stumble around in the dark rear yard to find my car. This company has gone backwards ,why?
