Our pet was really ill when I brought in to the afterhours, the staff was very understanding and extremely helpful. the staff took care our pet over the weekend and managed to bring him back to his normal self within days, to be honest we thought we were having to say our good by, but what the staff did, they managed to bring the joy back in to our lives.nWe can't thank the staff enough for what they did and would recommend the after hours vet clinic to anyone, like I've just said, we just can't thank you enough.nMany thanks Steve and Angela
After our dog half-drowned herself at the beach, we got quick, well-informed advice to bring her in. She got great care, and we got sensible instructions we could easily remember and understand, for after we brought her home. Just knowing this service is there, we have great confidence that an animal emergency need not be an animal disaster.
all the staff were incredibly wonderful. I was kept informed with everything they did for my sick dog. I would not hesitate to take my sick animal there again if it was necessary. Thankyou for all you do.
I brought a suffering dog to them at 7pm. They ignored me until 8pm. No consideration, no care. Told me it would cost over $2.5k for the night. Monitored the dog, and then euthanised it. Absolutely no care, no empathy. $2.5k to watch a dog and then to kill it with an injection. No empathy, no love, no kindness, no consideration.
Supportive, honest staff who gave options and allowed me to consider what I could afford while making it clear my cat would still be take care of. The option of AfterPay was also very helpful.
