Lovely and very helpful staff. Really nice atmosphere with great communal spaces.nnThe kitchen is always very clean and modern with induction hobs etc. Bathrooms nice and modern as well we were in a 6 bed en-suite dorm. Beds also very comfy with two pillows, bedside sockets and storage.nnCannot recommend this hostel enough, my favourite so far in NZ.
Good: staff were phenomenal, communicative and helpful through the phone and in person. Clean shower, communal space and kitchen. Close to shops and the water.nnMight enjoy a better sleep by picking a lower bunk, the bed was shaky and my lower bunk mate wasn't a still sleeper. Didn't enjoy the social atmosphere particularly, but that differs day to day, overall a great option around the area.

I highly recommend this accommodation. When I first arrived, I wasn’t sure of the girl’s name. I asked her colleague, and it seemed to be either Nina or Lina, sorry about that. I just want to say that your work attitude is excellent—your warm smile and energy when introducing everything about the hotel really stood out. Thank you for giving me such a wonderful experience. Everything here is great!
A really great hostel.nNice beds with lights and plug sockets/usb sockets and curtains. Storage underneath. Can sleep soundly if someone isn’t snoring.nThey do laundary for you which is $10 dollars so on the pricey side but after 6 months of wellington hostel laundary battles it was a nice relief.nNice outdoor space you can access from your room and dry stuff if needed.nDidn’t use the kitchen but looked super modern.nEasy check in and check out. Asked if I needed to strip my bed and reception said they do it all. Storage if your bus is leaving later in the day.
