This is the best place you could stay for your Tongariro crossing adventure. Owners are super friendly and kind people, staff members are awesome. Breakfast is so delicious, and your lunch package for the hike is perfect. We will be back
Was nice, tidy and close to the tongariro alpine crossing. Cheers would stay again
It was better than I thought. The room was good with just two beds and a heater. The shared bathroom was clean and the shared lounge was nice and cozy. There is a bus that takes you to the Tongariro crossing trail head. Good place to stay for the night.
We booked here because we did the Tongariro Crossing. Our package included transport to and from, a packed lunch, breakfast the day of the hike and the next day. They also have a spa pool which was amazing after finishing the hike. Rooms were neat and had the basics but they were super hot!
Only used the shuttle to the crossing. John did a great job at informing us with local knowledge and made the trip better. Cheers mate!
