Christopher Harrison is the creator of Antigravity fitness including the Harrison Antigravity Hammock. This fitness technique has been made to positively impact overall health and agility while having fun at the same time. We have two certified instructors who are able to teach the fundamentals in Antigravity fintess. This class is designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles and decompress the spine while aligning the body. These classes are aimed towards teens-65+ and we encourage anyone to come and try this new and exciting fitness technique.
