Action Sports Direct - North Shore

Beautiful bike collection and display, but bad service. Was supposed to call me when a certain bike arrived didn't. When I requested a trade in quote they also didn't call back.

Always a pleasure dealing with this company, the marine technical team is awesome and give great service!

Zero customer service skills. No contact or thanks for my custom or payment. No follow up. Bike wasn't serviced - didn't even fill the tank up with gas. Only went there because they had the bike I wanted. Will not be returning there.

Great experience when I bought my motorcycle. Originally signed on a motorcycle without seeing it and was not happy with it when I eventually saw it. They were happy to get me on a other machine without any issues.

New second hand jet ski serviced here last week, glad I did as they called and explained the jet pump needed rebuilt. Costs all explained upfront, and they took me through and showed what had been replaced I could see why. Happy to have a ski that should be good as new. And glad to have a Sea Doo dealer on the shore! Cheers Team.

Came in to buy a Seadoo and trailer today but was very disappointed with the lack of service. We were ignored as soon as someone else came in looking at a more expensive item. We did not even get any acknowledgement that we would be dealt with when we were clearly waiting to talk further.
