Had nose piercings done on two different occasions different people and have been happy every time The lady doing the procedure was very competent and calm And gave the time/support needed. Very clean and sterile with great information and after care advice. Worth every dollar we paid

Incredible as per usual! So clean and a great experience from beginning to end. I’ve had a piercing and multiple tattoos done here and have loved it every single time. Can’t recommend this place enough. I got a cartilage ear piercing done with Rochelle. They’re super knowledgeable here and can recommend what piercings and jewellery will suit you, and they have really high standards for hygiene and quality so you know you’re getting good jewellery that will last. I’ve had my other piercings done at Ninja Flower in Wellington and their jewellery fits with theirs so you don’t need to buy new backs. Really worth paying a little bit more to get a quality piercing that won’t cause you problems.

Got a voucher for Absolution for my birthday and after months of searching for the perfect font for some script I wanted, Naith was able to make it happen for me! We had a great yarn, he was super informative about aftercare and 1.5 weeks later it’s healing like a dream. The whole studio is a vibe and the team are awesome, absolutely flawless to deal with and I can’t wait to go back :

I've been to Absolution in the past for a tattoo done by Naith and I've been pierced by both Eden and Rochelle. Yesterday was my first visit since they've been in the Arts Centre and it's such a cool location. Rochelle pierced my nose and she was so lovely and professional and made me feel at ease. I'm so happy with the result and am already planning on making another booking!

Buy once, cry once? Seriously though - the team at Absolution are fantastic. Super helpful and welcoming even for a client who got piercings done poorly elsewhere & needed help! Wish I'd come here to get my piercings done in the first place - instead of just coming later on to get help. I wouldn't trust anyone else in the South Island now!

I had my face dermal piercing removed by Eden. His experience, communication via email because I had a couple of questions, hygiene and manner even the way he spoke to the staff, possibly a receptionist in training was so kind was exceptional. It took like 2 mins to remove and has healed up really well. It was something I had been putting off for ages because I heard it can be complicated but it wasnt at all. Would definitely recommend 10/10.
