Recently went to Prime 623 ; it's a new local bar and restaurant in Brooklyn. The atmosphere and decor is beautiful. Bar chairs could be a little bit higher feels like you're sinking in and you're lower than the bar. Service was excellent from the bar staff to the servers. For drinks I had the Rum punch. Now let's get into the food For appetizers I had the Buffalo wings typical nothing special about them ,Parmesan fries best fries and the Jerk chicken taco. A little dry. For my entree I had the Lamb chops, mashed potatoes and asparagus the star of the show. Very flavorful ,moist and cooked perfectly. Overall I had a great experience. The only thing that would make them unique is if they have a signature dish !! which in this case they don't; all of their dishes are pretty standard and you can find them at most bars and restaurants.
Dining in this establishment for the first time was great. We went for the Wine Down Wednesday and The choices of wines were awesome. The service from the staff was impeccable because everyone was down-to-earth, friendly, and very accommodating. One of the owners female was very humble, & obliging to our 1,000 questions eventhough she was taking care of business on her laptop. The dishes we ordered was tasty and well proportioned. The DJ was hitting tune after tune in all genres. I had to get up and boogy. Overall, I would definitely recommend you go check out Prime 623.
Nice spot with good vibes! I went on Saturday & live DJ came around 8p. I ordered calamari w/ sweet chili sauce, fried shrimp, salmon w/ Alfredo pasta. Everything was good, but the star was the Lamb chops w/ mash potatoes & asparagus. Reservations recommendedFood: 5/5
Food was delicious. The Ackee & Saltfish plantains were mouth watery delicious, we ordered it twice. Bella our server was very welcoming and always smiling. She set off our night with an awesome Red velvet birthday cake w sparklers. Music makes you dance in your seat.
Prime623 is such a beautiful venue. Upon entering our waitress Z was phenomenal. She greeted us with a beautiful warm smile. The food and drinks are out of this world. I truly recommend Prime623 right here in Brooklyn.
Better late than never .. My girl and I went for Vday . Pre-fix menu , everything was on point. Restaurant is small so I would suggest making a reservation if your going after 7pm. It is also a bar so can get loud .Recommended dishesFried Shrimp
Me, my mom and her gf went on 2/22/23 for her gf b'day dinner. We love the food, service, the music etc. Everything is nice. Our server, Trish, was pleasant. The owner hospitality was great. Overall 5 star rating. If anyone is looking for good tasting food, music, or drinks, then Prime 623 is the place to be.Food: 5/5
Def recommend checking this place out. The fried shrimp appetizer was well portioned, crispy and plentiful to share for 2. The lobster was moist and cooked to perfection.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Prime 623 and I must say it was a truly fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a vibrant atmosphere that set the tone for an enjoyable evening. First and foremost, the staff was exceptional! The bar staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu and drink recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of remarkable. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they did everything with a huge smile and enthusiastic demeanor. The music, ambiance and even guests was perfect. I will be coming back and would certainly recommend this hidden Brooklyn gem.
I saw this new place on Ralph Ave , I just had to try it . This place is too good to be true. I had lobster , mashed potatoes and shrimp appetizers. Everything from the taste to the service AMAZING. This is now my new favorite place to dine. Looking forward to dining here more often . MUST TRY. Ohhhh & The Frozen Rum Punch I Just Can’t Get Enoughhhh.
