Great service and outstanding follow up. Sim and Geet are absolutely professional. Definitely recommend them.

Ridiculous service, store was supposed to be close at 17:30 on friday but doors were closed before 5pm & customers were waiting outside as staff was working inside with couple of customers. Manager came out around 17:08 & said store is closed, on asking that closing time is 17:30 he said he has important meeting in city to attend & cannot attend customers. What is more important customers or meeting ?? Wasn't expecting this service from 2degrees.

Sales Person there Jatin was wonderful and helpful better than customer service at 2 degrees headquarters. A person like Jatin should be customer service at headquarters

Just moved back to NZ and went with 2degrees for cell phone and wifi. Great customer service setting everything up and explaining options especially because I've lived overseas for awhile. Thanks to Ashruta for being patient and courteous, and so professional and knowledgeable about products, prices, and services. Everyone has different telecommunication needs and Ashruta went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met and activated that same day. An outstanding team member of 2degrees. Oh and special thanks to JT for upgrading my plan and finding me a blue phone... I luv it!
