Thanks team. Easy and stress free handling - in terms of communication I guess it's good to do your due diligence before walking in with expectations. I didnt experience anything bad about communication, easy to talk to staff.

Bought a highlander from Trent and he was great. It broke down a week later and we found we had the wrong mechanical warranty.  Rang Trent and he sorted it straight away. He has also liased with the repairer and sorted everything out. Now waiting for the final outcome

Pretty good before service poor after service. Brought a ranger from this crew hadn't fixed everything that was meant to be done then leaving Auckland broke down on bombays.. finally got home contacted him couple times to get these issues sorted with no reply what so ever. Clearly didn't want to know about it.

Salesman wasn't pushy, but gave us the wrong info on the phone before traveling 40 odd kilometers out there so was pretty annoyed.

Sold me a absolute lemon car nothing but problems with it. Should have never gotten a wof with perished tyres hole in the exhaust the list goes on. Very disappointed how long it took him to get some of the issues sorted. Not happy trent I thought you were a genuine person
