We were looking at stuff to buy and the person at the register kicked us out for taking too long. Terrible service. And sometimes when I see a deal that hasent expired yet they never work
This store seems to be under new management and ownership….. They are the same owners who own the caringbah location. Really nice place to get a quick bite, very clean and tidy, lot of upgrades done in the store…nnVery professional and courteous staff… keep it up hope to visit again.
Annoying experience. Drink advertised in store for $2. Went to pay and asked to pay greater amount. Told I had to register app on my iPhone for discount. Wasted a few minutes in this process and then app didn’t show that particular special so couldn’t get discount. Despite advertised price in store. The guy refused to over-ride to give the advertised price despite me clearly setting upnThe account as supposedly needed. Left me frustrated and grumpy. Got a better deal a few steps down the road from BP and have deleted the app.
It’s not really opened 24/7!!! I wanted to buy a drink after my early morning run but the doors were closed so I waited 15 minutes and nobody opened the doors!!
I would give the actual store around a 3 as their slushy machine is never working, however the lovely customer service has turned it into a 5. The employee Karan is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. Everytime we go there he greets us with a smile and immediately brightens up our day. Today we accidentally spilled our slushy on his counter. Karan could see that we were visibly upset and he assured us that everything was ok and it wasn’t a problem at all. I think everyone deserve a Karan in their life, just not my Karan. Karan deserves a raise!!
