Today I attended to 7 Eleven Carlton here, I was served by Sanil, who is a very gentle and kind man, I never imagined I enjoyed being in a servo in sydnay as what I have seen today, price and cleanness are very competitive.nFrom my own experience I do not agree with all these bad reviews that seem not right from my experience. Keep up the good work Sanil. Warm regards, Mina
Bad experience with the customer service assistant who wanted to charge me twice for a transaction that had already gone through on my end. Don’t rip people off.
15th dec sunday at 1:16am, staff was clearly seen just using his phone in counter ignoring the customers who came to fill fuel. I literally stayed 3 mins with fuel pipe in my tank but he didn’t care.
This place normally has a good fuel price. Wanted to check the fuel price before I pop into the store so I rang but the lady on the phone saying you need to come to the store can't tell me such detail on the phone. I asked why and she said she does not know the reason and kept saying 'thank you thank you' felt like urging me to hang up. I think as the staff who is responsible for customer service on the phone I believe the lady on the phone should be able to address such matter and explain the reason why.nI still don't know why. I simply wanted to save my time and energy by knowing the price before popping into the store. If this is their marketing strategy I don't think it's a opened and genuine one rather hidden and ineffective one.
Sainil the man behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. I accidentally spilt some slurpee and offered to clean it but he was nice enough to say dont worry about it and cleaned it for me. Also a very clean store. Thanks
