Extremely unprofessional. The employeegirl said the store is closedcloses at 1am on Tuesday night around 12am, then changed her story when I explained I was picking up an online orderwent for pickup at 12am. Being told to “wait 10 minutes” after that shows poor communication and a complete lack of respect for customers’ time.
Went to get Ice today, asked the lady at the register for the key she was on her phone, I said hello and she said 1 minute and continued texting which I found rude. I said to her I was in a rush and she threw the key at me and said HERE. I then paid and got my bag of ice, really dissapointing service and wont be coming back.
Even though I have insulin dependent diabetes, I’m still well catered for at 7-Eleven, where I purchased a sugar free frozen drink, a Slurpee!
Wait for 5 minutes at the bowser, get treated horribly when you walk in and would rather take phone calls instead of treating you with respect at the counter.nIf they weren’t running a business that was offering a necessity, they’d be out of business.
Quite simply the worst 7/11 in the south east. Never has enough stock, never has coffee condiments properly stocked, always dirty, have to beg for cappuccino choc, lazy staff young guys who don’t care, poor management. AVOID if you can.nFollow up: went in today to buy diesel, advised the store is under corporate administration. More stock, clean and polite service. Great!
