I felt like an icecream on the way home and this was on the way. Good. It was good. The store. And the icecream.nnOrderly store with lots of snacky options. I ended up getting a Magnum Dulce. I was hoping for a Magnum Deluxe however none were in the offing. I also got Pringles for home. Came to like $13. I found $2 on the ground outside so lol so $11.nnThe lady serving was lovely. She was doing a delivery bag order while I shopped. Didn't even know you could do that at 7 Eleven so TIL. She upsold me on chocolate bars. I declined but good on her upselling.nnThey have those Dunkin Donuts donuts and they have those footy-looking ones scope pics. Nearly got one as it was Brownlow night 2025 congrats to Matt Rowell of the Gold Coast Suns.nnStore is clean and orderly.nnThe ingress and egress is janky if only because the three lane La Trobe can sometimes be hella busy and or impolite it's a 70 zone where folk do slightly more than that.nnI sometimes see people j-walking from here to the other side of La Trobe. Please don't. La Trobe is cranky sometimes.
0 stars for the customer service. Ordered donughts through menulog from this store around 1 am. Order was accepted and later after waiting for 40 minutes. It was cancelled. When I went myself to get the donughts. The guy waorking said have to wait for an hour to get the donughts after he stacks it on the shelf, instead of giving me the donughts from the box. That's a poor customer service 7 eleven. No wonder you have many negative review
Around 6:40 pm on August 21st. Very bad experience. When I paid cash and waited for change, the employee told me that he had to serve the next 2 customers first. I was confused. After waiting for 2-3 minutes, he gave me a lot of coins. I had prepared change when I paid cash. He only needed to give me a $10 note. But I still received a lot of silver coins.
Stopped by around 11:30 PM on friday night after a party then the store was quiet but the cashier completely ignored me like I wasn’t even there. Very bad experience.
Staff were friendly, grabbed a cold drink and was looking for the stores. Staff saw I was wandering around and went to grab the straws from the back. Appreciate that he was looking out.
