When at register I asked why isn't the pie and 500ml coke $6. Told I need the 7Eleven app. Went back and read T&C on back of card. No mention of needing app. Pie was great.
i wish i could rate this experience 0. i usually come to this 711 and it's rlly good the people are nice. I came in at 1am tonight just wanting to get a sushi and the guy wouldn't let me in cause it was closed. yeah sure a 24/7 711 is closed nice one!! i then told him that it's not closed and he said it was. at 1 am the 7/11 is apparently closed which is obviously false. he was not accomodating and was very dismissive towards me, not even opening the door to talk to me was extremely rude as well. who is this guy, get him out pls.
My partner went here this morning, she accidentally drop a cup of frappe on the floor. The staff was shouting at her with F words and very impatient even ask her to clean the floor. They provide no respect to the customers.
Terrible. Had to fill up on petrol and needed the toilet. Refused access to toilet. Worker was rude and dismissive even though I was desperate. Lost my custom and I would never go again. Would give 0 stars if possible or negative stars.
