Service desk is vacant.nReally horrible experience.nFinally she showed up with earpods in her ears after a long wait. She rudely said ‘The bell doesn’t work’ but I could clearly hear bell ringing inside .’You should have come to the door’ she said. But the door clearly says that Night window operates.nShe was very rude and said that she is working for just one shift here.nWhat does that mean?nAre you not gonna provide good service to customers because you dont work here?
With the 7/11 App coffees are $1.50 and seventh visit you can get a free coffee. Also they now offer Oat milk. Very friendly staff here. Cheers Steve
My absolute favourite 7-Eleven.nnVery clean, fresh food, polite and helpful staff… but the stand-out feature is the car wash - does a really comprehensive job at cleaning for a decent price!nnGreat location for a 7-Eleven, being just off Springvale road.nnPerfect for an after work pick-me-up, if you’re feeling a bit low - give your car a nice wash!
I have been a regular to this 7/11 store ever since the new management has taken over. All the staff is very friendly, courteous and they have maintained cleanliness at the store at a very high level. I can clearly see the huge improvement in service and high standards of cleanliness ever since new owner has taken over. Visiting the store every morning to grab a coffee or get the fuel has become a part of my day and seeing staff's smiling and happy faces brings positivity to my day.
Drive through car wash is so bad!! After the wash, the muddy spots still there, and there was no foam at all during the washing. BTW: this is the $15 option, the best they can offer.
