Very rude customer service and staff. They treat chocolate powder like gold. Asked me to bring my coffee to the counter after I repeatedly asked for the chocolate powder at the counter. Would give no stars if that was a possibility. Also the coffee quantity was 25% less as compared to other 7 elevens

It’s good for locals at night, good location and nice staffs.

Really bad customer service. Coffee machines are not topped up in time and staff there are rude and show no interest in the customer. I've been going here for years and its just keeps getting worse. 
If you're after service with a smile look elsewhere.
