Their ATM took my card. Staff were nice about it but they can’t do anything about it and I’ve been told to tell the bank it needs replacing. This machine seems to have done this before based of a comment that was made. Just a really annoying and inconvenient thing to happen as now I have to get a completely new card.
Cheap fuel. Appalling customer service due to staff blatantly overworked. I needed water for my car. Took ages to fill a container myself, from the dribbling slow tap. Saved $4 on fuel. Lost $40 in wages for how long they held me up with incompetence & disrespect for my patronage. Store desperately needs new management.
I purchased a product that was broken and they refused to let me return it when I discovered it and came back. They were extremely rude saying that I broke it, which I didn't. Appalling customer service and I will never return.
I needed some petrol for my car and these guys had some, if my car could speak he would thank you guys for the scrumptious 91 octane unleaded, it looked delicious.
10.30 am today - lady wouldn’t allow me to purchase my coffees . Wanted to charge me 4 coffees when I double cupped them because the coffee cups always leak in my centre compartment in the carnnShe refused to charge me for the 2 coffees I already made and so I told her to keep them … so I walked away coffee less and donut less she refused to let me purchase the donut either - what’s wrong with your staff ????nnSo instead of letting me buy 2 x coffees you wasted 2 coffees and a donut ?? Idiots !
