I needed some petrol for my car and these guys had some, if my car could speak he would thank you guys for the scrumptious 91 octane unleaded, it looked delicious.
On 27/07/2025, around 5:45pm, I visited your gas station recently and was served by a staff member named Kiran. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing and not what I would expect from a 7-Eleven store.nnTo begin with, there was no greeting or acknowledgment when I approached the counter — I was the one who initiated the interaction with a greeting. After paying for fuel, I realized it was my birthday and remembered that 7-Eleven offers a complimentary donut for members. I politely asked Kiran how to redeem it, but instead of patiently explaining the process, she responded in a firm and almost accusatory tone, repeating multiple times that I could “only redeem from these four selections.”nnI was taken aback, as my intention was simply to ask for guidance. I even brought the donut to the counter and showed her exactly what I picked, just to be clear and transparent. However, her demeanor remained impatient and dismissive, and not a single word was exchanged after she scanned it.nnAs I left, I made a point to say “Thank you” loudly, hoping it might prompt at least a courteous response, but nothing came. Being in the retail industry myself, I understand that staff may have challenging days or encounter difficult customers — but it’s still important to treat every customer with respect and professionalism.nnThis experience left me genuinely surprised and disappointed. I hope the store manager has a serious conversation with Kiran regarding customer service expectations. I plan to visit again, but if the attitude and service do not improve, I will have to escalate this issue further.nnThank you for taking the time to hear my feedback.
Worst fuel!! I filled 91 full tank Made my engine light on just after driving 40 kms. Never going again and the girl at the service was so unprofessional with some attitude. The incident took place on 22 august.
The lady who works in this 7 eleven is so rude and busy on her phone, and didn’t give the information about the discounts. When I went there she over charged me for my stuff and when I see the bill it’s too much, I ask here what’s the reason as I bought the stuff which mark as a special and she said ohh if you have a app then offers apply. I already have a app but she didn’t told me before I tap for the payment. Overall such a horrible experience from this service station.
Was excited to think I saved 40 cents a litre after locking in a price 5 days ago but found out the fine print limits it to 25 cents. Better than nothing though.
