Went through these guys for my car loan back in September. Was dealing with Shane, who appeared lovely and professional and even got me to fill out a customer review accordingly. How I wish I'd waited to fill that out till after I had finished dealing with them. He knew my overall intention was to pay my loan out as quick as I could yet he set me up with Macquarie leasing who the more people I speak to, the more I've found to be one of the most comical and unprofessional finance institutions I've ever come across and charge a $900 fee if you pay your loan out early, no matter how late into the contract you are, plus $8.10p/m admin fee which basically counteracts the low 6.10% interest rate. I spent the first 3mths on the the phone to Macquarie because they kept missing my payment. They had also been given the wrong address for me by 360 finance and the payments had been set up fortnightly instead of monthly and Shane had sneakily ticked a box which gave me no access to my account online, which took numerous calls to their receptionist to fix (conveniently Shane was never available whenever I rang). I then received a default notice through no fault of my own, which was sent to the wrong address. Just one stuff up after another. They never gave a s**t about finding a good product for me, all they cared about was their commission. Even used scare tactics to sell me a BS insurance/loan protection policy arghhh on top of my loan which was an extra $3k. Lousy, disappointing and reeking of a true grubby salesperson. I am presently refinancing with CUA as we speak who I should have gone with originally!! Thanks for nothing 360! IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY BELOW WHICH I'M UNABLE TO REPLY TO ON HERE (CONVENIENTLY) AND HAVE THEREFORE HAD TO EDIT MY INITIAL REVIEW. Ttacey, I would prefer to ring you as there is too much that has gone wrong with the product your employee suggested for me to have the patience to write in an email.  And no, I hadn't changed addresses during the time I was talking about in my review. I don't appreciate the way you've worded your email (or your reply on here) regarding that topic. It sounds condescending. If documentation was sent to the wrong address due to me not updating my details, do you really think I would have written that in my review?  And cara was the girl I spoke to, I'm certain. She's the one that kept answering my calls when I kept ringing up to get the online access fixed, so sorry for assuming she was a receptionist. Macquarie told me themselves that the broker had ticked the section that gave me no online access and when I spoke to cara she didn't say that couldn't have been the case like you just have in the email and this reply, she actually got it changed back around for me and got in contact with Macquarie, so there seems to be a communication breakdown between you, your employees and Macquarie. I appreciate that you want to get to the bottom of this for your reputation but if we're going to have a discussion, I won't be made to feel like the ball was entirely in my court. Like I said I gave a review as you have so kindly reminded me, but that was when I thought Shane was choosing a product to suit my needs, not just going after whatever financial institution was paying him the best commission at the time!! BEWARE ALL PROSPECTIVE LENDERS!!!!! UPDATE - After receiving their reply to this review I contacted the communication manager as requested and I'm sure we can all guess the outcome of this correspondence..... That's right, I heard zip, zilch, nada, nothing at all back from them. Once again all O can do is try and advise any potential customers to please choose more wisely than we did!!! We tried to use this company for a finance application and it is easy to say it is hands down the worst customer service experience that my Wife and I have ever received. We were told that we needed to click on the Privacy Consent Form prior to being able to continue (contacting other brokers since then they can do alot of the ground work before submitting a credit check). After submitting our application and details over the phone we waited patiently having to contact them multiple times in between with a promises of a return phone call's which never came. After 3 weeks I was fed up and contacted them back to then be told that my representative was away on annual leave for at least a month but was assured that the new Rep would be handling the other Reps portfolio. The following day we were contacted saying that they could access the portfolio so we would have to resubmit all our paperwork once again. We were fed up with the terrible lack of communication so I asked to talk to a manager when I was told one would call me back. Instead I recieved a call back from the Rep who had taken over our account promising waive any fees and charges to try and redeem themselves from the terrible lack of service. We felt trapped as they had already ran our credit check and We didn't want to negitavely effect our credit rating by running multiple credit check so we foolishly decided to persist with them as we were also promised an outcome that day. The next day came and still no response so I contacted them back with the Rep unavailable once again and a promise of a returned call. All along we were busy and unable to be constantly chasing them up so more time past. Over the next week and a half we contacted them on multiple occasions where they would ask for additional information which we would provide promptly within an hour or so and each time were promised an outcome that day. In total we waited over a month which made us reach boiling point. We demanded to talk to a manager and were passed onto a team leader who promptly got onto the phone and gave us an outcome within 5 minutes (albeit a terrible outcome at that) So we decided to contact a new broker and our case was handled promptly and professionally and we received an outcome from them within 48hrs and much less drama and frustration. We have avoided name the direct people involved out of common courtesy to an individual doing a paid job (assuming they were even doing their job?????) but I would highly recommend everybody else to look elsewhere as we are still left with a very sour taste in our mouth from this whole ordeal!!

I recently purchased a new car, and 360 Finance went above and beyond with exceptional service. Have a chat to Danny Graves, he will go out of his way to get the best deal for you. Thanks guys

One person wanted to buy my car and they used Scott to organise all the transaction. This guy was really annoying, calling me every 2 hours even after telling him I was working and unable to provide forms till the evening, once sent all the forms and bill of sale, he got back to me cause he did some mistake in the contract, I couldn't do anything because I was travelling OS for 4 days and already onboard the plane. Once back to Sydney, never pick up my calls or returning my emails u til I heard from the buyer saying that they were not keen to buy the car anymore. Don't deal with them if you are the seller !
