Feeling very relaxed after a massage session with Angela. She is very knowledgeable and was able to recognise and work on some imbalances in my body, and offered advice to help me correct them between treatments. I highly recommend for anybody looking to relax, de-stress, or work on their aches and pains!

I am able to recommend Angela Szpojda from 360 Degree Wellness as an excellent massage therapist.  I visited Angela at her Noosaville clinic on several occasions for separate conditions. 
I found Angela was able to quickly locate the tissue and areas which required deep massage therapy to relieve my congestion, inflammation and pain.  I was impressed with her skill in detecting tissue conditions previously missed by other therapists.  Angela treated my carpal tunnel symptoms, working extensively along both arms.  I found great improvement in the recurring numbness overall.  On another occasion, my shoulder pain was completely healed after just two treatments.  Angela also provided naturopathic advice where appropriate, to assist with my conditions.
Additionally, I have enjoyed Angela’s relaxing massages for my general well-being. I will continue to see Angela for treatments should I require any in the future.
