Such lovely staff and beautiful salon and rooms. Peaceful and relaxing music. My facial was lovely and my 2 friends who also had treatments loved it and the therapists. When back visiting Noosa, will definitely go again!

Staff leaving and changing all the time, no consistency with treatments, never the same person. Manager rings, and I say that loosely as I wouldn’t know her name, to say you didn’t cancel your appointment, when I have, to say they are taking a 50% cancellation fee, I don’t think so, check your messages. Tried several services in this facility and I have found most of it below average. For the manager to tell me flat out, no refund, give us another chance, we are putting on a new manager, no more chances I want my money back. Paid for three needling sessions, only had one, rang to say I would like a refund on balance, told by Manager If there was an opportunity to give them no stars, I would. Got my eyelashes extensions done there this week and I'm so happy with it. Real professionnal salon, lovely set up and quality work. Riley did à really good job, was caring and listening to my need. It's definitely the new place I'll come for my infill and probably other treatments. Recommand 100% and trust me I tried many places for extensions.Service: Eyelash extensions

Just so people are aware in case they are told differently... I bought some sunscreen lotion as a gift and was told I could return it for an exchange if it wasn't correct, but when I tried to swap it the next day note that I hadn't used or opened the product, they refused me! Just be aware that this Ella Bache does not honour their word.

Had Waxing and Massage appointment booked with Emerson this morning. She contacted me to say they were down a staff member, and could I reschedule as she was unable to fit me in today. I explained I already had an appointment booked with her and not the employee that was sick, so why was it I had to reschedule?? She said she could see if she could squeeze me in! Sorry no way, not wanting a rushed waxing job and a squeezed in massage, what's the point! Very disappointment.Service: Body waxing

Always come for my eye brow wax and tan, also had my nails and make up done once, which was an awesome experience. They listen to exactly what i asked for and gave me great service. Prices are a bit above average, but so is the service!
