Can’t fault 1Cover. Easy to buy the policy online, which included disclosure and an increased amount. My trip was incident free, so I can’t comment on making a claim this time. However on a previous trip I did have a major issue and 1Cover were absolutely fantastic at every stage.

Easy to use. Easy to add on “skiing” as an extra. We did have to make a claim for an accident minimal medical costs and this requires quite a lot of documents and verifications which is painful for such a small claim. Maybe they could put a minimal threshold for minor claims that do t require so many documents to be uploaded. Claim still pending so let’s see….

1Cover Insurance’s case manager was a lifesaver during our recent trip abroad. A family member became critically ill while we were on an island and required medical evacuation. From the moment I called 1Cover to the time we arrived at the hospital, the entire process was swift and painless. The case manager Johanna was comforting, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile to help under an emergency. With follow up calls to check on recovery progress the next day and providing helpful advice on flight boarding requirements, we made it back home safe and sound. The claim process with 1Cover was smooth and stress-free and the customer service team were extremely helpful and friendly. Claims were approved within 2 weeks and reimbursements received 2 days later. I highly recommend 1Cover to anyone looking for top quality travel insurance. Their coverage is comprehensive and reasonably priced, and their customer service is outstanding.

I've had several travel policies with 1Cover most of which for cruiseships cover. I had to make a claim in November 2022 when I fell and damaged my camera, the claim was efficiently assessed and paid out without delay. Top service.

I flew to kangaroo island SA  in march 2023, I had to catch 3 planes from were I lived. I was working there for 6 weeks. Qantas had broken the pull out handle and ripped my bag. I tried to make a claim for my baggage through Qantas but no-one would answer calls or email, so I tried to make a claim through 1 cover. 1 cover asked for receipts which I didn't have due to me no longer having them and I was not at home to try and look for them. I tried to email x3 the claims team with questions but no-one responded to the emails to answer them and there was no phone number to ring, and so they just denied the claim without ringing or emailing me the answers that I had asked. I sent photos as requested and plane flights as requested I didn't know if they wanted me to buy a new one and submit the new receipt or have a receipt for the old one as no one would contact me, so obviously I will not be buying another policy when I travel again with 1 cover.

Terrible service. You cannot speak to anybody if you need to claim. You can only speak to a robot. I asked them to call me and haven’t heard from anyone after three weeks. Don’t go near them. Still haven’t heard from anyone. 1cover should clearly state on their website that they only communicate by web chat. Horrible service. False advertising.

I cannot recommend 1 Cover more highly.   It is so easy to obtain quotes online and we have made a claim twice in all our years of travelling.   One was very minor and the other was major and in both cases 1 Cover was quick to process and make payment.   In particular for the major claim I found all the employees we dealt with were incredibly caring and couldn't have been more helpful helping me access medical care and travel home with all the little things in between arranged as well such as wheelchairs at each airport we transited through on our way home.   We have always used 1 Cover and see absolutely no reason to change.   It is so refreshing to deal with an honest insurance company

I have been purchasing regular cruise travel insurance since July 2022. Happy overall with the product. I have been disappointed that there have been no multi-trip policies available. I have had 6 or 8 policies over the past year already.

We didn’t need to claim from this trip. I have in the past though and the service is great. That’s why we go back also having peace of mind while travelling is an added bonus

I  have  travel  before . thank you open my eyes ,  how  can we  trust  any one  with business at  australia  states  for travel insurance ?  A1  can   you explain   from  costumers  their  complains ,  last time  pay  you $730.00 ,  but i was lackey  all the  way  with out  any incident ...... We travel again  soon i was  going to  book with them ????? A1  give  me  a reason t/u
