Gone through all that comments, I think this car park is pretty cheap if you stay more then 6 hours in Brighton. Space is pretty big and easy park. The security seems ok, but bagging easily entry to parking.

Prices have gone up from photos I saw - still way cheaper than NCP £30+ for the day. Lots of spaces here - felt fine leaving car there. But railway car park is still cheaper for 4-6 hours I think.

The car park is tucked away and does not look inviting. However there are security gates to open and ANPR to enter.  Remember to take the ticket with you as you need this to enter on the pedestrian doors.  Bays are good for car parks, very good lighting and leaving your car here felt safe.  So like the security systems in place for customers so it doesn’t have the toilet smell Yes quite impressed

Good spot to park and easy to get to. Useful if you’re happy to walk a little further to where you’re going and good price for Brighton.

Best priced carpark for Brighton I've come across and in a great location. It saves you driving in to the central and along the beachfront which can be busy or a tad confusing in terms of lanes to get into etc. Writing this, as of the 2/6/22, 24 hours was £20, and it's pay at the end of your stay, not pay and display. Keep hold of your ticket as it is also how you re-enter the car park. Decent amount of spaces too.

Good car park with plenty of spaces. A little bit tucked away and a ten minute walk to the town centre. Would be good if there was an time option of six hours.

Reasonable price for Brighton. £20 for 24hrs. Secure gates and scan ticket for entry. 15 minute walk to the seafront.

Parked here for 1 night only, noticed someone had been in-between my work mate and my Van wind mirrors pushed in would recommend avoiding parking here at any cost! Especially for £20 a night

Good place to park, cheap by Brighton standards, looked secure enough, was a bit confusing that the exit was at the top of the car park.
