I was recommended to this company by a plumber who advised me that 1300locate was who he used and he was very happy with their work. I rang 1300locate and was impressed when less than 30 minutes later, their tech arrived to perform the required tasks i.e. identify locations of assets traversing my backyard. When Jack arrived he quickly located storm water, a high pressure water mains and sewage lines. These were all marked out on the ground in their respective colours. Jack was knowledgeable and friendly, quick, but thorough and was happy to answer any of the questions I had. A real asset to the company as is Michelle who sent Jack out and handled the paperwork.  I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Just FYI, the photo "map" is just photos, taken at ground level with lines drawn over the top. I was hoping it would be a top down photo using satellite imagery with the assets listed on that...  Shows that it helps to ask questions, as I probably wouldn't have paid for that portion of it. Very happy with the service otherwise.

I recently hired 1300Locate to locate and identify some underground cables and a pipeline on my property east of Brisbane. The service i received was prompt and professional. I was very impressed by the operators work ethic and dedication when it came to locating & providing me with information on the services he had found. I would definitely recommend this business if you require a similar service yourself. 5 Stars from me

I have used 1300locate on multiple projects and they have displayed excellent professionalism and technical knowledge and reliability each time. They demonstrate a high understand of the sites' services and I feel assured that my locations have been confidently cleared for my works. Highly recommend.

A 1300locate rep arrived on time, did the job and chatted a bit then told me it would be an extra 1/2 hour. A second rep arrived as the first could not locate drains only power/Telecoms, so 2 call-out charges. The second did spend extra time at my request. I asked about payment and was told it would be sent. The bill was emailed 15 days later, so much for technology. The bill arrived with big red letters stating "OVERDUE". You got to be kidding. I rang them and the manager said don't worry this often happens. Well maybe they should fix their systems so I don't get a bad payer review, got a bloody hide. $881 for 3 hours, they must be doctors. My rating is minus stars.
