This place deserves a 0 rating. Was served by Catherine who was rude and terribly lacking in the customer service space. The items purchased still haven't arrived via courier 14 days later. Poor communication and constant excuses. Catherine refused to give me a courier tracking number after she took payment. Am sick of her "its not my problem" attitude. Do not shop here if you can avoid it!

Super quick and affordable and the Dude was so nice! came in and got straight to work but had a nice chat too. Didn’t mind me asking questions about how things work, didn’t mind working late in the afternoon either. What a champ!

100% for customer service!! We needed to have a heat pump fitted quickly due to the ill health of a family member. Catherine, Wayne and team sorted it the very next day! Outstanding service and always a pleasure to deal with.

Absolute first clasd air conditioning job by Wayne at Strawbridges, really good price, very sensitive to cleanliness and disruption , very happy with advice given and final result in our shop in Te Awamutu. The follow up to check we were happy was brilliant, Wayne is a true professional with Air Con, cares very much about the customer, really nice person.

I needed a new freestanding oven delivered and installed in Hamilton. I rang on Thursday, bounced a couple of emails to sort out the price, had the paperwork returned Sunday and Jason and the team had it installed Sunday afternoon and took the old one away. Brilliant service. Super easy to deal with. Would highly recommend!! Im very happy. Thanks Jason.

Gave one star because there was no zero. Would not go back ever. On getting back our washing machine it did not go. On ringing up we were told by a very rude woman that it was going when it left the shop. I pointed out that all I had done was put clothes in, filled with water and turned it on. It started washing so I left it. Came back 5 minutes later and it had stopped. She took none of this on board and once again told me left the shop yada yada yada. No 'bring it back in we will look at it's. The worst aspect was her manner. I don't know how they get return business. We will certainly not be buying our new machine from them. Just shocking!

All we were  doing was dropping off a Sky box, the lady was absolutely rude and unfriendly.  A smile does not hurt anybody.

They always provide good service when you need it and there is plenty of expertise available. Good range of appliances in the shop on display.

Always brilliant service!
