Trying out Greek food at @10greekplates, Brighton. Great vibes, friendly staff and great food. We tried their Hellenic platter for 1 which was so filling and full of flavour. The portions were so generous in terms of the chicken and the chips. Pita was so warm and tasty. The Greek salad was quite refreshing and came with a generous block of fetta cheese.
10 greek plates is a good Greek restaurant. We have tried the Helenic platter Gyros Lamb and chicken. Dishes were tasty and well presented. Also tasted the dessert "Ekmek Kataifi" Kataifi pastry soaked in honey syrup, semolina custard and vanilla whipped cream, which was good, but too sweet. At the same time, it's certainly the style of Greek dessert, which tend to be sweeter than others such as Indian or Oriental desserts.
A little slow tonight Saturday 7pm but food was delicious. Always enjoy the seafood here. Photo is whiting, pork skewers and two salads.
We had a wonderful time celebrating my husbands 60th birthday. There was awesome food, very generous portions, great service and the staff could not be more helpful. It was great value for money. Thanks for helping make our night special. We most definitely will return.
First time attendance. Side entrance is a little different. Not a big space, and being busy, almost capacity on a wet Wednesday evening says something about the place. The ambiance was slightly dark, the table we had, hard to find a spot for brighter light to read the menu. The table next to us used their phone torch. Minor in scheme of the night. Both of us had the Hellenic Platter for 1 one lamb, one chicken. Pictured is the chicken. Ordered side dish of the House marinated Kalamata olives. Hindsight, a dish too much. The serving of the Hellenic Platter for 1, while may appear small, is very filling. I'm a very active person and managed to get through my. My daughter, struggled with hers. Good portions. This was a treat and all elements placed to quality. Would recommend either of these. Lots of other options on menu. A look around the room of other dishes all looking good. One place to go back to.
Came here today for lunch. Service was quick, staff very knowledgeable of the menu dishes, food great and very generous serving!
I rated this place with 5 stars because I had outstanding customer service and food quality there. I had to order a lot of dishes and everything was quickly cooked and organised. Food was perfect. I'd recommend this place to my friend!
Only the Aegean sea would make this fabulous place even more authentically Greek! The food is delicious, the ambience festive and the service friendly with a smile. A great experience we always thoroughly enjoy. Highly recommended. ώπα!Food: 5/5
I discovered this wonderful restaurant when working at an event there and couldn't wait to come back for dinner. The food is absolutely fantastic, the portions are generous and it is busy each time I've been there - with very good reason. If you are looking for authentic Greek southside in Melbourne, this is the place you are looking for.
Food is nice but nobody wants food handlers with beards uncovered hanging over their food, or any hair for that matter. It’s not hygienic. Last take away we found a hair in our chips ewww!
