Good customer service with a smile. High price range of products, but you get what you pay for - most of their flavours are made by them. Very distinct and pleasant flavours
Great flavours and nice gelato. Prices are pretty standard so not sure why people are complaining.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in New Zealand. The male staff was extremely rude when we decided not to buy it after trying some of the flavours. The gelato tasted "okay". After all, it is not an ice cream store that I would recommend to anyone who is visiting Christchurch.
Worst customer service! More expensive than other places! $7 for 2 scopes!!!! Other places are $4 for 3 scopes! Rubbish taste! Waste of money oghhh
Good service. Expensive. The flavours miss the mark and the fruits are icecreams not gelato not worth the price or average icecream.
The smallest ice gelato scoops I've ever had. I told them and rhey said it was due to costs and competition. Rubbish. I buy gelato all the time. They are ripping customers off.
It's expensive, slow and not worth it.
Closed at 3pm on a Monday.
Would most definitely recommend!
