No help at all, it’s usually handball the phone call off to someone else, or you don’t fit any of our jobs even though you have experience in most or all the jobs they advertise. The agency seems to only help people who are looking for 1 to 2 shifts at some random warehouse.
zoom recruitment gave me a job at australia post / startrack with 2 shifts a week after promising that i would get 5 days, for 3+ weeks, their reasoning for this was “we can’t trust you until you prove you can work 5 days” how are you supposed to prove you can work 5 days without being given 5 days for 3 weeks … i was also on a “daily roster” everyone else at the warehouse found out the night before if they had work or not i found out 30 minutes before i had to leave on the day LIZ was also extremely hostile and rude over the phone. i took only two days off as i was feeling ill [ im a type 1 diabetic ] i could’ve provided medical certificates for them too but instead they fired me, when i replied back asking if they had any other work considering this felt like discrimination, they replied with “hi loretta, no” so yeah unprofessional, hostile for no good reason, they don’t care about you, your health or actually getting any work. i would never recommend this agency to anyone.
After only dealing with them for a few days, and especially Ben as the main point of contact but including the lovely Adriana and other team members, I can’t express enough praise or recommendations for salary increases for such an incredible team!nnFrom initially getting me signed up the level of service has been outstanding from the quick responses to messages & emails to getting me booked into and completing a medical to getting me a prompt start date, the high level of professionalism and courteous service can’t be commended enough..nnI rate this team as some of the best I’ve ever worked with all across Australia and I have no doubt they are some of the top tier specialists in their field, and I can’t thank them enough for a purely hassle free and delightful experience!nnReminds me of an excellent saying from one of my favourite motivation speakers Jim Rohn, you don’t make people good.. you find them good! Terrible company. Super rude to people, only care about themselves would not recommend this agency at all
Terrible agency. Very rude people DO NOT COME HERE. They get your pay wrong then take from your future payslips to fix THEIR mistakes. Wouldn't recommend at all
