Our son recently celebrated his 6th birthday at Zone Bowling and it was a blast! It's a perfect spot to host kids' birthday party. The kids had so much fun plus the food was great. I'd like to thank Ashley and one of the male trainee there who have been so patient with the kids. Our son can't stop talking about how he enjoyed his 6th birthday party. Thank you <3
Great place for a 9 years birthday party! Kids absolutely love it, and so the the adults as no mess to clean up! Mum and dad of the birthday boy also got an alcoholic drink too! Birthday boy got to "catch the tickets" in the glass wind room..very funny! Then finish up with games time and to spend 200 tickets. A great time by all.
The family enjoyed bonding at this place. Aside from bowling, other arcade games are available for other kids to enjoy. We also enjoyed the food. The staff are friendly. After each game, they clean up and made sure the playing areas are well-maintained.
My 13yo boy had a great birthday celebration there. We had Naomi assisted us for the whole party in there. She’s really great, so helpful, very kind, nice & patience with the boys specially the little one. All the parents were so happy with Naomi as well. She definitely made my boy’s birthday & definitely deserves lots of thumbs up. Please send our big thank you to her & thanks for Zone Bowling as well to make everything went well.
Had a birthday party for a ten year old yesterday. Was enjoyed by all. Zone Bowling are flexible with numbers - one boy didn’t show up and they didn’t charge me which I was grateful for. The one thing Zone could do better is estimate the time needed for their birthday parties. They give you indicative times to put on your invite but it was 30 minutes too long - so I ended up having to tell parents to come earlier. Come to think of it a parent had to get everyone to come earlier when my daughter went to a party here too.
this place must be rigged because my partner won both games ???? please fix that glitch asap! but 10/10 customer service!! front counter people made it quick and easy for us so we were ready to bowl quite quickly. and the food/drink bar was amazing service and he was very kind and gave us exactly what we wanted.
Our daughter had the best 12th birthday party there. The party host Naomi was amazing kind the perfect host for the party. Food and drinks was generous portions and the fun was endless. Will definitely recommend

Took the kids in the school holidays, we all had a lot of fun. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can also cater for GF coeliac they cook the chips in separate ovens.
I came here with a family with small kids, i just observed the staff being so disgustingly rude and unhelpful when trying to identify the correct shoe size for kids. The staff openly raised eyebrows and looked as if they wanted to role their eyes at each other when the parent asked if he needed a card to play similar to a timezone card. As the family walked away they were making faces at each other as though they had some inside joke. I don’t know why they were so hostile but after reading the reviews of how they treat black families I think I understand. The family today is Indian. I’m so surprised at how hostile they were.
